JANA LAKATOS
ABOUT ME
I am a freelance designer specialising in set, costume & puppetry. With a stylized approach to design with an emphasis on visual storytelling.
I consciously incorporate the physicality of performers into the overall aesthetic experience. My process starts with concept art ranging across mediums, developing through model making and CAD into immersive spaces for traditional and site-specific experiences. Focused on the amalgamation of art and function, my designs explore shapes and patterns to exhibit a surreal sense of reality.
