ABOUT ME

 I am a freelance theatrical designer with credits spanning  set, costume & puppetry design. With a stylized approach to design and an emphasis on visual storytelling.

 

Focused on the amalgamation of art and function,  my work explores the shapes and patterns of day-to-day life to exhibit a surreal sense of reality.

I have a BA in Design for Performance from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and received the Paul Kimpton Prize for Innovation in 2022.​  Additionally, have produced a research project dissertation on ‘The Influence of Art on Opera Design’ with a study into the relationship between the expressionist art movement and expressionist opera.
